前一阵子BC有些过啊，三天两头的审查我们中国考生的成绩，没事儿就说我们作弊!像不像《我的少女时代》里那位狠毒的主任!如果你也经历过这种待遇，那么就不要让自己的等待拜拜浪费，写进雅思口语素材里吧!对的!就是那道a time you waited for something!
针对这道题目，大多数孩子会说飞机晚点等飞机起飞，也有人说节假日高速路堵车等待通行，当然还有一些追星族买了票等待偶像开演唱会的，大家可以对号入座，把自己的经历讲给考官听。那么，如果你的成绩真的被BC审查而延时发布，就可以参考下面的这篇素材：
I’d like to talk about the time I waited for the result of my IELTS test.
2 months ago, I took an IELTS test, but after 2 weeks, I got an email from the British Council, saying that my results are under investigation and there will be a delay in my score. I was shocked, and I checked with my classmates who also took the test on the same day. They told me they experienced the same thing. Suddenly I was panicked, I didn’t know what to do, ‘cause my agent told me, I need to submit my scores before XXX, that way I can get an conditional offer. So I didn’t know what would happen if my scores got delayed or even got canceled. But I was pretty sure my score wouldn’t be canceled ‘cause I didn’t cheat, I didn’t even get a warning during the exam. I followed every single rule so I think it’s really unfair to me to be treated like this.
Later I heard, one of the candidates wrote a petition to the BC, suggesting that BC should issue the results ASAP, and he also pointed out several bad test services, like the examiner didn’t give test takers enough time to express their feelings, and he thought their suspicion towards Chinese candidates is not well-founded.
And another week later, I finally got my test results. To be honest, that week seemed to be the longest one in my life.
So that’s pretty much it.
